IEC Careers Employee-Owned Campaign

The “OWN IT” campaign of the International Education Corporation included high-quality illustrations as an integral part of its marketing and communication strategy. These illustrations were designed to convey a powerful and motivational message to potential workers, showing diverse individuals who are taking control of their lives and careers. By providing an attractive and accessible visual representation of the brand, these illustrations helped to strengthen the identity and presence of the company, and contributed to the success of the campaign.

Hugo was tasked with creating the perfect illustrations to achieve the success of the “OWN IT” campaign.

How was the illustration used: The illustrations have been shared on social media for the community and some are available as prints.

I started my designs by thoroughly studying the strategy and scope of the campaign as well as its target audience. Then, I moved on to creating various sketches by combining different illustration techniques and seeking inspiration in the most remote places. Upon completion, it was demonstrated that less is more and that simplicity and beauty was the best way to reach and marvel the target audience.
